Chi Trang makes the lessons very fun and engaging even when the lesson gets difficult. She's really observant and practical in her style of teaching to help the student continue to progress.

Chi Trang brings more challenges to the latest lessons. If the lesson seems a little bit hard then it is because Chi Trang believes in you so do not need to be discouraged. She is very helpful in filling in the knowledge gaps while making learning continuously fun.

One of the harder warm up portions of the lesson, but Chi Trang made it still fun to go over and guess who the prompt is describing. Chi Trang also somehow wins all the Jeopardy-like games we play.

As lessons get harder, Chi Trang is good at being flexible in explaining meanings and context of the Vietnamese language. Another fun lesson in learning how to describe the appearance of people.

Chi Trang is very good in pushing the student to improve every day. Lessons are never boring as she brings different formats to practice new vocabulary and grammar. The best parts are the warmups as they really are meant to get the mind rolling for the lesson.

Chi Trang is very knowledgeable of Viet culture. For example, she give context to the lesser known Vietnamese celebrations that is not commonly known in America. For new learning material that's not particularly exciting, Chi Trang still gives an engaging lesson that surely is useful in daily conversations.

Chi Trang gives her best when trying to understand how the student is approaching the Vietnamese language. She is very good at steering the student in trying to use more native approaches to conversations.

Chi Trang is very skilled in teaching new and difficult vocabulary and grammar. She tries to give context and examples that helps the student digest the material better.

Chi Trang started the lesson with a speaking warmup to help get the ball rolling. The lesson consisted of practicing speaking which Chi Trang was very helpful in correcting and getting reps in using learned vocabulary and grammar.

Another great lesson with Chị Trang putting heavy emphasis on speaking practice. We went over the nuances of some of the learned words such as mình/tôi or các/những. We also went over reading a passage and Chị Trang helped correct any mispronunciations, dissect each sentence, and review the reading comprehension of my translation. She makes each lesson interesting helping her students learn well.

Chi Trang keeps the lesson interesting and fun. She somehow wins all the warm up games. During the lesson, she is very patient when waiting the student's answer or response and is extremely helpful in being an engaging lesson.

Chi Trang always incorporates fun ways to practice speaking whether it's for the warmup or the lesson. Each lesson is engaging and interesting that makes learning Vietnamese a pleasure rather than a chore.

Chi Trang has slowly ramped up the difficulty of the overall lesson. The warmups are open-ended questions where thinking of a response and articulating it requires thorough thinking. She goes beyond the textbook in incorporating more vocabulary, culture, and grammar.

After a short break from studying Vietnamese, Chi Trang made the lesson fun and engaging jumping back into learning.

She starts with a warm up as usual to get into the flow before we jumped into describing my dream home. This was an interesting discussion as the cultural difference between dream homes is significant. Chi Trang is also really good in asking questions to get more out of her students pushing them to improve their skills.

Today we learned about the makeup of a house and how to describe a home. With a limited vocabulary, Chi Trang is patient and encouraging when I struggle to piece together sentences.

This lesson Chi Trang introduced Vietnamese Gen-Z slang. She is knowledge and really in with the slang. The slang that she did bring to the lessons were thoroughly explained with funny backgrounds for some of the slangs.

Chi Trang begins the lessons with engaging warm up games that including reading and speaking. You never know what she will bring to the lesson that day which makes the warm up a good premier to begin the lesson.

For this lesson, Chi Trang taught vocabulary for cooking a meal. The vocabulary included common actions and ingredients. I gave instructions on how to cook the best Thit Kho for Chi Trang to enjoy.

This lesson had heavy emphasis on speaking based for various scenarios where it was difficult at times to form full sentences. Chi Trang was patient and helpful in being encouraging to trying your best.

After a long break for Tết, Chị Trang came refreshed and prepared to continue our lessons together. We began with a warmup lesson that Chi Trang always gets lucky and wins. This lesson continued building on how to rent a hotel room with new grammar structures.

This lesson Chi Trang brings more exercises that challenges the mind that make the gears turn and the thoughts rolling. Even with a limited vocabulary, the warm up games and free speaking portions of the lesson is fun to apply old and new grammar structures. While I feel like the learning pace is sometimes fast, it is only possible of the strengths that Chi Trang has as a great teacher.

Chi Trang is very encouraging when struggling with new vocabulary and grammar structures. Although difficult, she ensures your pronunciation is sharp. She is very good in slowing down and matching your speed to ensure you as the student is getting the most out of the lesson. She always bring the energy to class that makes a late night class enjoyable.

Chi Trang is really invested in producing a high-quality and engaging learning experience. She ensures that I have the correct and challenging material to improve all aspects in learning a language. She constantly asks for feedback on what she can improve to make learning Vietnamese a positive experience.When learning new material, Chi Trang also brings in a lot of her own knowledge when related to new topics, such as famous landmarks and their significance in Vietnamese history.
