How Payments Work on SVFF

SVFF uses a simple credit system. You purchase credits, then spend them on lessons, group classes, and AI practice sessions. Here's everything you need to know.

What Are Credits?

Credits are the currency of SVFF. Instead of paying per lesson at different prices, you buy credit packs and use them across all services:

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment processor:

• Credit/Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Bank Transfer — available for Vietnamese bank accounts
• Digital Wallets — Apple Pay, Google Pay

All transactions are processed securely with SSL encryption. We never store your full card details.

Credit Packs

Visit the Pricing page to see current credit packs. Larger packs offer better value per credit. Credits never expire, so you can learn at your own pace without pressure.

Checking Your Balance

Your current credit balance is always visible in the top-right corner of your dashboard. For a detailed transaction history:

1. Go to Settings → Billing.
2. View your purchase history, credit usage, and remaining balance.
3. Download receipts for any transaction by clicking the receipt icon.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Once payment is completed, credits cannot be refunded. Please choose your credit pack carefully before purchasing.

The only exception is group classes: if a group class is cancelled because there are not enough students to run it, your credits will be returned to your account so you can use them for other SVFF services.

Note: Learn Vietnamese With SVFF (svff.online and the SVFF Online apps) is owned and operated by SVFF LLC, a company registered in the United States. Payments for SVFF services are received by SVFF LLC, so card and online payments may appear as "SVFF LLC" on your bank or card statement.
