What is My Notes?
My Notes is a personal note-taking tool built directly into the SVFF learning platform. It lets you write down vocabulary, grammar points, questions, and anything else you want to remember — right while you're studying.
Your notes are private — only you can see them. Teachers and other students cannot access your notes.
Where Can I Take Notes?
The notes widget appears as a floating button on all active learning pages:
- Textbook lessons — while reading your lesson content
- Activity player — while doing exercises and quizzes
- Video course player — while watching video lessons
- Lesson video — while watching lesson recordings
Look for the notepad icon in the bottom-right corner of these pages. Click it to open your notes panel.
How to Create a Note
- Click the notepad icon (bottom-right corner) to open the notes panel
- Optionally type a title for your note (e.g. "New vocabulary from Lesson 5")
- Write your note in the editor area

Managing Your Notes
Each note in the panel shows:
- Title and content preview
- Date and time it was last updated
- Action buttons: Edit, Pin, and Delete
Editing: Click the pencil icon on any note to load it into the editor. Make your changes and click Update Note.
Pinning: Click the bookmark icon to pin important notes to the top of the list. Click again to unpin.

Context-Specific Notes
Notes are tied to the specific lesson or activity where you created them. When you open the notes panel on Lesson 5, you'll see only the notes you took during Lesson 5. This keeps your notes organised automatically.
