Internal Messaging

SVFF has a built-in messaging system for communication between you and your teacher. No need to use WhatsApp, email, or other external apps.

How to Send a Message

1. Go to svff.online/messages
2. Click Compose to start a new conversation
3. Select your teacher from the recipient list
4. Type your message and send

What to Message About

• Questions about lesson content or homework
• Requesting schedule changes for upcoming bookings
• Asking for extra study materials
• Sharing your learning goals
• Any learning-related questions

Response Times

Teachers respond to messages during their working hours. You'll get a notification when they reply. For urgent matters, submit a support ticket to the SVFF team.

Unread message count is shown in the navigation menu. Click it to go directly to your inbox.
