HOW TO REPORT ISSUES IN SVFF MATERIALS AND VIDEO COURSES

During the learning process, if you encounter any errors in the curriculum (such as spelling mistakes, audio errors, image issues, etc.), you can report these to SVFF using the following steps:

FOR SVFF MATERIALS

Step 1: In the SVFF curriculum, click on the flag icon at the top right corner of the page.

Step 2: Describe the errors in the book in detail, the more specific, the better, to help the academic team make adjustments.

Step 3: Attach images of the error (if available) and then press submit.

The errors will be reviewed and adjusted by the academic team based on your report

FOR VIDEO COURSES

Step 1: In the SVFF Video courses, click on the flag icon at the top right corner of the video.

Step 2: Describe the errors in the videos in detail, the more specific, the better, to help the academic team make adjustments.

Step 3: Attach images of the error (if available) and then press submit.
