How to Report Errors & Give Feedback
Found a mistake? Have a suggestion? Your feedback helps us make SVFF Online better for everyone. Here is how to report issues.
Using the Report Button
- On any page where you notice a problem, look for the Report button.
- Click it to open the report form.
- Select a category for your report:
| Category | When to Use It |
|---|---|
| Bug | Something is broken — a button does not work, a page does not load |
| Content Error | A wrong answer, typo, incorrect translation, or missing content |
| Confusing | Instructions are unclear or hard to understand |
| Suggestion | An idea to improve the platform or add a feature |
- Write a clear description of the issue.
- Attach a screenshot if possible (this helps us find the problem faster).
- Click Submit.
✅ Result: Your report is sent to the SVFF team. We will review and fix it.
Writing a Good Report
The more detail you give, the faster we can fix the problem. Here are examples:
Good report:
- "Unit 5, Question 3: Answer B says 'went' but it should be 'gone'."
- "The audio button on Unit 8 Vocabulary does not play any sound. I tried on Chrome and Safari."
- "The instructions for Exercise 4 say 'choose two answers' but only one can be selected."
Bad report:
- "It's wrong." (What is wrong? Where?)
- "Doesn't work." (What does not work?)
- "Fix this." (Fix what?)
💡 Tip: Always mention the unit number, section, and question number when reporting content errors. This saves everyone time.
Tracking Your Reports
After you submit a report, you can track its status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | Your report has been received and is waiting for review |
| In Progress | The team is working on a fix |
| Resolved | The issue has been fixed |
⚠️ Important: If your issue is urgent (for example, you cannot access your lesson), email support@svff.online directly for faster help.
Thank you for helping us improve SVFF Online. Every report makes the platform better for all students!
