How to Check Your AI Credit Balance

Always Know How Many Credits You Have

SVFF makes it easy to check your AI credit balance at any time. Here are all the places where you can see your current credits.

1. Top Navigation Bar

Your credit balance is always visible in the top navigation bar on every page. Look for the credit icon and number — it updates in real-time as you use AI features.

2. AI Credits Page

Visit svff.online/ai-credits to see:

• Your current credit balance (large, prominent display)
• Available credit packs if you want to top up
• All AI features you can use credits for

3. Inside AI Tutor

When you open the AI Tutor, your credit balance is shown in the sidebar. You can see exactly how many messages you can still send.

4. Practice Scenarios

Before starting a Practice Scenario, you'll see your balance and how many messages it covers at 0.5 credits each.

What Happens When Credits Run Out?

When your balance reaches zero:

• You'll see a clear message telling you that you're out of credits
• AI features stop working until you buy more (you won't be charged unexpectedly)
• A convenient "Buy Credits" button takes you straight to the credits page
• All your conversation history is saved — you can continue where you left off after buying more

Important: SVFF will never charge you automatically. You only spend credits when you actively use an AI feature, and you must manually buy more when you run out.

Low Balance Tips

• Switch to Scenarios — at 0.5 credits per message, they're 4x cheaper than the AI Tutor
• Buy a bigger pack — larger packs save up to 60% per credit
• Use free features — courses, lessons, quizzes, and flashcards don't use AI credits
