How to cancel a lesson that will happen within 48 hours

Cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours is not permitted on SVFF. A teacher's time slot must be reserved in advance and can only be reserved once.

If you are unable to attend a lesson, please tell your teacher as soon as possible. See if a refund or reschedule may be arranged with your teacher.

Lessons that are scheduled to take place within 48 hours can only be canceled or rescheduled by using the "report an issue" feature after the lesson time has passed. (How do I report a lesson problem?)

If your request for a refund is denied, your teacher is entitled to full payment.

If both parties agree to "reschedule a session," the lesson cannot be canceled and must be rescheduled at a different day and time.
If there are further issues, you can report a problem again after the new lesson date and time.
