What should I say?
- Details on how your education, experience, qualifications, or certificates have prepared you to teach.
- Any particular teaching methods or materials that you frequently employ in your lessons.
- A description of the types of students you are looking for or work with on a regular basis. If the student believes you are describing them, they will realize you can assist them!
- A sentence in a language other than your native tongue. Students may feel more at ease learning from you if they see their native language on your profile!
- If you provide Trial Lessons: A description of what a trial lesson entails for a student.
- Prerequisites? Is there anything the student should have or do ahead of time?
Please DO NOT include:
- Any personal contact information. Students will reach out to you via SVFF messages or lesson requests.
- Links to websites or services where students can schedule private lessons. You should continue to teach your SVFF students about SVFF.
- Advertisements or links to other products or services are permitted. Your SVFF profile should only be used to advertise your SVFF lessons to students.
SVFF will also use these introductions to show to potential students and as a description for your teacher profile.
