Getting Started with SVFF

Welcome to SVFF

SVFF is an online platform designed to help you learn Vietnamese with qualified teachers and modern AI-powered tools. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to improve your fluency, this guide will help you get started.

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Visit svff.online and click Sign Up.
2. Enter your name, email address, and choose a password.
3. Check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account.
4. Log in and complete your profile — adding your native language and learning goals helps us personalise your experience.

Step 2: Choose Your Level

SVFF courses follow the CEFR framework (A1–C2). If you're unsure of your level, take the free placement quiz on your dashboard. The quiz takes about 10 minutes and recommends the best starting point for you.

Step 3: Browse Courses

Head to the Course Library to explore available courses. Each course page shows:

• The CEFR level and estimated duration
• Topics and skills covered (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
• Number of lessons and activities

Click Start Course to enrol — you can work through lessons at your own pace.

Step 4: Book Your First Lesson

Self-study is great, but practising with a teacher is where real progress happens. Go to Teachers to browse available instructors, read their profiles, and book a 1-on-1 or group session.

Step 5: Understand Credits

SVFF uses a credit system for lessons and premium features:

You can purchase credits from the Pricing page. New accounts receive 2 free credits to try a group class or AI practice session.
