Prove Your Vietnamese Skills
When you complete all lessons in a course, SVFF awards you a certificate — proof of your achievement that you can view anytime on your progress page.
How to Earn a Certificate
- Enrol in a course — browse courses at svff.online/courses
- Complete every lesson — work through all modules and activities in the course
- Reach 100% completion — your certificate is generated automatically when all lessons are done
There's no separate exam — just complete all the lessons and the certificate is yours.
Viewing Your Certificates
- Go to svff.online/progress/certificates
- Each certificate card shows:
- The course title
- Your score (if applicable)
- Number of lessons completed and the date you earned it
- Click "View Progress" on any certificate to see the full course breakdown
You can also see your certificates in the "My Certificates" section on your Progress page.
Which Courses Have Certificates?
All courses on SVFF can award a certificate upon completion. Browse by CEFR level to find the right course for you:
- A0 — Complete beginner (no prior Vietnamese)
- A1 — Beginner (basic greetings, numbers, simple sentences)
- A2 — Elementary (everyday topics, simple conversations)
- B1 — Intermediate (opinions, experiences, plans)
- B2 — Upper intermediate (complex discussions, nuance)
- C1 — Advanced (fluent conversation, professional contexts)
Tips
- Track your progress — check the progress bar on My Courses to see how close you are to 100%
- Don't skip activities — every activity counts toward completion, even if it seems easy
- Retake for better scores — you can redo activities to improve your score; it won't affect your certificate
