Booking 1-on-1 Lessons with Your Teacher

Private Lessons with a Real Teacher

SVFF offers 1-on-1 private lessons with native Vietnamese teachers. These personalised sessions are the fastest way to improve your speaking and get direct feedback.

How to Book a Lesson

  1. Go to svff.online/booking
  2. Choose your teacher from the list
  3. Select a date and time from their availability calendar
  4. Choose duration: 30 minutes or 60 minutes
  5. Confirm your booking

The calendar automatically converts times to your local timezone, so you always see the correct time for where you are.

Lesson Duration & Credits

  • 30-minute lesson — great for focused practice on one topic
  • 60-minute lesson — full lesson with textbook content, speaking practice, and homework

Lessons use credits from your account balance. Check your balance on the dashboard.

Before Your Lesson

  • Your teacher prepares the lesson content in advance
  • The textbook for your lesson opens 2 days before the scheduled time
  • You can review the material and take notes beforehand
  • You'll receive a reminder notification by email and in-app

During Your Lesson

  • Lessons happen via video call (Google Meet or Zoom)
  • Your teacher guides you through textbook content and activities
  • Focus on speaking practice and pronunciation
  • Ask questions about anything you don't understand

After Your Lesson

  • Your teacher records a lesson summary
  • An AI lesson report is generated with key points and vocabulary
  • You can access the lesson recording and report from your dashboard
  • Complete your SpeakUp homework if assigned
  • Review and practise with flashcards

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least 24 hours before your lesson. Late cancellations may result in a credit charge. Contact your teacher or SVFF support if you have an emergency.
