General Questions

Do AI credits expire?

No. Your AI credits never expire. Buy them whenever you want and use them at your own pace — no time pressure.

Are AI credits the same as lesson credits?

No. AI credits are separate from lesson booking credits. AI credits are used exclusively for AI-powered features (AI Tutor, Scenarios, Voice Listen, AI Widget). Lesson credits are for booking sessions with human teachers.

Can I try AI features before buying credits?

New accounts may receive a small welcome bonus of free AI credits to try out the features. Check the AI Credits page to see if you're eligible.

Is there a free tier?

SVFF offers free courses, lessons, quizzes, and flashcards that don't require AI credits. AI credits are only needed for the AI-powered features (Tutor, Scenarios, Voice, Widget). Visit the Course Library to explore free learning content.

Purchasing & Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay using:

• Wise — international bank transfer
• PayPal — PayPal account or linked card
• MoMo — Vietnamese mobile wallet
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer to SVFF

Can I buy more credits if I already have some?

Yes! Credits stack. If you have 30 credits left and buy a 200-credit pack, you'll have 230 credits total.

Is there a maximum number of credits I can hold?

No limit. You can buy as many packs as you want. Credits accumulate in your account without any cap.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?

No. All AI credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Please choose your pack carefully. If you are unsure, start with the Starter pack (50 credits / $4.99) to try the features before buying a larger pack.

Using Credits

What if I run out of credits mid-conversation?

If you run out while chatting with the AI Tutor or in a Scenario:

• Your conversation history is saved — nothing is lost
• You'll see a message asking you to buy more credits
• After buying, you can continue the same conversation right where you left off

Can I transfer credits to another student?

Not currently. Credits are tied to your account. If you'd like to gift credits to a friend, contact us at svffvn@gmail.com and we can help arrange it.

Do AI responses cost credits?

No. Only your actions cost credits — sending a message, clicking the voice listen button, or requesting a feedback report. The AI's response is included for free.

Which AI feature is cheapest?

Practice Scenarios at 0.5 credits per message — that's 4x cheaper than the AI Tutor. Great for maximising your practice time.

Technical Questions

Why does the AI Tutor cost more than Scenarios?

The AI Tutor uses a more powerful AI model that provides detailed explanations, grammar analysis, and personalised teaching. Scenarios use a lighter model optimised for quick, natural conversation — which is why they're cheaper.

Can I use credits on mobile?

Yes! All AI features work on mobile browsers. Visit svff.online on your phone and use the AI Tutor, Scenarios, and Voice Listen just like on desktop.

Is my conversation history saved?

Yes. All your conversations with the AI Tutor and Scenarios are saved in your account. You can review past conversations anytime.
