Some students ask us why their reviews sometimes disappear on Trustpilot. Don’t worry — it’s not your fault! Trustpilot has strict filters to ensure every review is from a genuine customer, and sometimes positive reviews get flagged by mistake.
Here’s the best way to make sure your review shows up and stays visible:
✅ Step 1: Access the Review Page the Right Way
- Go to our official website: svff.online
- Or, log in to your Student Dashboard:

- At the footer of the page, you’ll see the Trustpilot link.
- [ul data=1]

- Or after every lesson, when you write your feedback, you’ll find the Review SVFF on Trustpilot link on the right side of the page. [ul data=1]
- 👉 Always use these official links.
✅ Step 2: Write Your Review Clearly
- Mention your real experience (trial class, teacher’s name, or course).
- Remember to mention SVFF by name in your review (example: “My Vietnamese lessons with SVFF…”).
- Share what you enjoyed (e.g., “I had my first lesson with Cô Minh Châu and I really enjoyed the clear explanations”).
- Keep your review positive, but natural — avoid copy/pasting or overly short messages like “Great service!”
✅ Step 3: Submit & Double Check
- After you submit, refresh the page after a few minutes to see if it’s live.
- Sometimes Trustpilot hides a review at first, but if you accessed it correctly and your review is genuine, it will appear soon.
📝 Example Review:
“I recently joined SVFF for Vietnamese lessons. The booking process was smooth, and my teacher, Cô Minh Châu, explained everything very clearly. I feel more confident after just one lesson, and I’m excited to continue learning. Highly recommended!”
💡 Tip: If your review gets removed, try again by going through your Student Dashboard or directly from svff.online → Trustpilot link, instead of using a group chat link.
Thank you so much for supporting SVFF! Every review helps more learners discover our classes. ❤️
